GoI Overview: The Foundation doesn't stand alone in its intrigue and involvement with the paranormal, metaphysical, magical, and technological endeavors. Numerous others exist, wielding, exploiting, or endeavoring to fabricate object/entities of LV-561, either driven by personal motives, the safeguarding of humanity, or more sinister intentions. Among them are adversaries in the form of rival organizations, factions that splintered from the Foundation, and ostensibly reliable associates. In light of these dynamics, a comprehensive briefing has been crafted to outline the various agencies the Foundation is cognizant of and elucidate its stance towards them, especially those whose objectives veer towards malevolence and the pursuit of destruction.
OCE CoalitionA Coalition formed to preserve Order, Control, and Eternal over the planet. Working to keep "The Cycle" from restarting. It it unknown who they serve or why they do what they do, but via anomalous means the ensure the planet endures. "We found a way to reset the cycle to find our set one. Children of the Mask
An enigmatic cult centered around SCP-022, known as "The Children of the Mask." They hold the belief that this world must undergo a [destructive] process akin to being bathed in "gold." Their objective is the destruction of the universe by their hands, deriving pleasure from witnessing everything gradually burn away.
